Christine Tjen, S.E., Ak., M.Int.Tax, CA.


Christine is a lecturer at Department of Accounting, Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia. She is an Australian Development Scholarship (ADS) Awardee and received Master Degree in International Taxation from University of Sydney (NSW, Australia) in 2006, and Bachelor of Accounting from Faculty of Economics University of Indonesia in year 2000 with Cum Laude. Prior to become a lecturer in University of Indonesia, she joined KPMG Jakarta at Tax Consulting Division.

Christine is a tax expert who has  involved in several research projects and trainings related to Indonesian Taxation and also Financial Accounting. She is also actively involved in Tax Accountant Compartment of Indonesian Accountant Institute (IAI). On January 5, 2015, she is officially appointed as Associate Director for Administration and Finance of LPEM FEB UI.

Vid Adrison, S.E., M.A., Ph.D.

Vice Coordinator

Mr. Adrison is currently the Director of the Master Program in Economic Planning and Development Policy Faculty of Economics and Business University of Indonesia (MPKP FEB UI) since May 2018. Prior to his current position, He was the Deputy Director of the Graduate Program in Economics, Faculty of Economics University of Indonesia (PPIE FEB UI) during 2014 – 2018 and the Director of Institute for Economic and Social Research, Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia (LPEM FEB UI) from 2013 to 2014.

He pursued his graduate education in 2001 at the Georgia State University, funded by USAID Scholarship. The title of his doctoral dissertation is “The Effect of Penalties on Regulatory Compliance.” One of the notable differences of his dissertation is that he takes into account the undetected violation. After returning to Indonesia in 2007, he rejoined LPEM FEBUI and became a lecturer at Faculty of Economics and Business University of Indonesia. His research areas include political economy, public finance, industrial economics and environmental economics

Eko Wisnu Warsitosunu, S.E., Ak., M.M., WPPE., CA.


Eko Wisnu Warsitosunu was born in 1981. Eko obtained his Bachelor degree in Economics, majoring in accountancy, from FEB UI in 2003 and obtained a Master degree (S2) in risk management, also from FEB-UI in 2009.

Eko is a permanent lecturer with the FEB-UI Accounting Department and member of the Technical Team which assists the Committee for the Development of Bank Indonesia’s Financial Accounting Policy. Previously, he served as Head of Academic Division in FEB UI Accounting Laboratory and Deputy Head of PPA FEB-UI. At this time, Eko is taking a Doctoral Program (S3) at the Accounting Research Institute – Universiti Teknologi Mara, Malaysia, with research topics related to tax compliance.

Fahrul Ismaeni


Fahrul Ismaeni has over 15 years of experience in Economic, Law, Policy and procedure as a lecture as well as a practitioner. In addition to that, He has extended experiences working with not only private company but also public institution and state owned company. Align with his professional experiences, he graduated with Master degree in Business Law and held a bachelor degree in Financial management from University of Indonesia.

Realizing the importance of a proper state administration function and suitable policy to move Indonesia forward and, because of his personal interest and expertise in working with state and government organization, Fahrul possessed skills and knowledges in government relation, law & administration and policy for public purposes.

Panggah Tri Wicaksono, S.E., M.Sc.


Panggah Tri Wicaksono is a lecturer at the Department of Accounting, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia. He has been a lecturer since 2016, and has taught taxation, business analytics, and business communication courses at the undergraduate level. His research interests lie in the area of taxation and public sector accounting.

He received a Bachelor of Economics (majoring in accounting) from University of Indonesia in 2012, and a Master of Science (majoring in international accounting and finance) from the University of Birmingham in 2014. He is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in taxation at the University of Canterbury, New Zealand. His ongoing PhD project investigates the integration of tax education into tertiary education curriculum in Indonesia and New Zealand.

Yulianti Abbas, S.E., M.E., Ph.D.


Yulianti Abbas is currently the Director of Graduate Program in Accounting at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia. She received her doctoral degree in Public Finance and Public Management from the O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs, Indiana University, Bloomington, USA in 2017.

Yulianti’s research focuses on the value relevance of government transparency. She has done works related with measuring municipal government transparency and to what extent transparency affects the information asymmetry surrounding municipal government. She also investigates how tax policy shapes corporate reporting behavior. She has published her work in journals such as the National Tax Journal and Municipal Finance Journal and has served as a reviewer for the American Accounting Association’s conferences in the last three years.

Riatu Mariatul Qibthiyyah, S.E., M.A., Ph.D.


Riatu received her PhD degree in Economics from Georgia State University (Atlanta, US) in 2008, Master of Arts from Georgia State University in 2002, and Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia (FEB UI) in 1999.

Riatu is a public finance expert who have involved in various research and projects on policy evaluation and monitoring, design of fiscal related scheme, intergovernmental transfer, and regulatory impact assessment. She also has research interest in higher education related policy. She is now a member of TADF (Technical Assistance on Fiscal Decentralization) under Ministry of Finance.

Before serving as LPEM’s Associate Director in Research in 2014, she was the Head of Economics Undergraduate Program in Department of Economics, Faculty Economic and Business, University of Indonesia (2009-2013). She is currently the Director of LPEM FEBUI since 2015.
